Lisa Gildred graduated as a Registered Nurse from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 1995. Her post graduate education was completed at Western Governors University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

She has had experience in a wide variety of clinical settings including Long Term Care, the Intensive Care unit, Home Health & Hospice and now presently employed with Cottage Health Systems, at the Ridley-Tree Center for Wound Management.

Lisa has advanced certification as a Wound Care Specialist from the American Board of Wound Management and is an integral part of her team at Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital.

Her studies on legal nurse consulting was completed through the American Association of Legal Nurse Consulting. She is highly trained in the field of nursing and very capable of offering her services to those seeking additional clinical expertise in the healthcare field.
